3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt or plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup canola oil

Whisk together flours, ground flax, baking powder, salt, and soda.
In a separate bowl, combine bananas, sugar, yogurt, oil.
Add banana mixture to the flour mixture. Stir together until just moistened. Do not stir too much or bread will not rise properly.

Spoon batter into a 9x15 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 325 for about 45 to 60 minutes, making sure to check doneness at 45 minutes.
