1 pkg oreos
6 tbs butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
14 cup sugar
2 tbs cold milk
1 tub Cool Whip
2 - 3.9 oz chocolate instant pudding
3 1/4 cups cold milk
1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips

Crush oreos. Put in a large bowl.
Stir in melted butter with a fork.
Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Press the crumbs into the bottom of the pan.
Place pan in refrigerator while you work on the other layers.

Beat cream cheese, milk and sugar.
Stir in 1 1/4 cups of Cool Whip.
Spread this over crust.

Combine chocolate instant pudding with 3 1/4 cups cold milk.
Whisk until pudding starts to thicken.
Spread over previous layer.
Put in refrigerator for about 5 minutes.

Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the top.
Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
Place in refrigerator for 4 hours before serving
