3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. oil
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. zucchini, cooked, mashed
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add flour. Add oil, soda and sugar. Mix in salt, vanilla and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Pour into 2 loaf pans and bake at 350 for 70 minutes.
