1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3-1 c. bananas
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Sift flour 2 times measuring each time. Sift together flour, soda and salt; set aside. In a bowl blend together eggs, bananas, lemon juice and buttermilk; set aside. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar together. Alternately add milk mixture and flour mixture to sugar mixture. Blend in pecans and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes then 325 minutes for 1hr. 25 minutes.
