Personal Notes:
Our boat captain, Robert Thompson, gave me this and a few other excellent recipes during a photoshoot in Great Exuma Dec. 2013 and Jan. 2014. Robert was a famed Bahamian cook and a great boat captain who helped us execute a really difficult shoot under near impossible logistical conditions. Later, we shared an amazing afternoon having a private tour around Exuma waters while visiting his sea turtle friends.
