4 c. sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
12 oz package chocolate chips
1 jar marshmallow creme
2 tsp. vanilla
chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together the sugar, butter and evaporated milk to soft ball stage. Turn off heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla. Beat with spoon until chips are dissolved. Add nuts if desired.
Pour into a buttered 9x13 inch pan. When cooled cut into squares.
