Smoked Salmon
Capers
Sour Cream
Horseradish
Red Onions
Dill

Directions:
Directions:
Bake Lavash after brushing it with olive oil in a 350 degree oven till hard.
Mix sour cream, dill and horseradish let stand, Slice red onions thin. Sprinkle red onions over lavash, cover with sour cream mixture, and spread salmon over top and place capers on. Cut like piazza and serve as appetizer.
