Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
6 cups thinly sliced apples
1/2 to 1 cup sugar (depending upon sweetness of apples)
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tablespoons minute tapioca
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and let set 15 minutes. Put mixture in quart freezer bag and flatten. Freeze.

To make pie thaw mixture, pour into pie shell and top with crumb or regular crust. Bake at 350 for approx. 40 minutes.

I have also used this for apple crisp and it was great.
