1 small can green chilies
2 cans Mexican corn, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x13 dish and bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
