Scallions
Garlic 2 cloves
Pinto beans
1 poblano pepper
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper
1 can beef broth
1 can crushed tomatoes
Sour cream
Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Ground hamburger meat and drain.
Add in garlic, cumin, chili powder and salt and pepper
Add in 1/2 scallions and beans.
Let cook for about 5 minutes
Stir in tomatoes and broth.
Let ingredients simmer
