2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Sugar
1/8 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Stick Butter, melted
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 Small can Angel Flake Coconut (hope they still have in cans)
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Pie Crust

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 350º until firm and light brown on top - approximately 1 hour.
