2 lb. flank steak
1 Tbsp. oil
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
2/3 cup (dark) brown sugar
1/2 tsp (fresh) ginger
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbs. water
3 green onions

Directions:
Slice beef against the grain into thin strips. Add soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and ginger into bag and marinate for at least an hour and then put in crock pot or pressure cooker. ( Can put in bag and freeze and marinate as it is unthawed) Brown meat in oil can garlic. Add browned meat mixture into crockpot or pressure cooker. Mix cornstarch and water together and add to crockpot 1/2 before serving. If cooking in pressure cooker add at the end. Garnish with chopped green onion.
