3 C chicken broth
2 C diced peeled tomatoes
1 C diced carrotss
1 c diced celery
½ C diced onion
1 ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ C butter
⅓ C flour
2 C milk
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
2 C diced checken

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil, reduce heat; add potatoes,carrots,celery,onion, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 12-15 minutes or until tender. Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil under under medium heat Add to broth heat cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat; add cheese and stir until melted; add to broth with chicken. Cook and stir until heated.
