2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 eggs
2 tsp. Soda
2 tsp. Baking powder
20 oz. Can crushed pineapple
1 1/3 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. Cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, vanilla, eggs, soda, baking powder and undrained pineapple together on low speed for minutes. Pour into 9x13 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 30 - 35 minutes or until done. For Frosting: mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Stir in coconut and nuts. Spread over cake in pan while still warm.
