1 package stouffers spinach souffle - thawed
17 +/- Manicotti or shells - cooked
15 oz Ricotta
1 cup finely diced onion
Garlic (dependent on taste)
28 oz jar spag. sauce
1 cup mozzarella or Parmesan cheese shredded
*Green onion

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 and pour 1 cup spag. sauce on bottom.
2. Combine spinach souffle, onion, and ricotta. Fill pasta.
3. Place shells in dish. Cover with remaining sauce. Bake 30 minutes. Put shredded cheese on top. Bake 5 more minutes.
* If freezing, do not top with green onion.
