1 T. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. beet juice or water
1/4 cup honey
2 T. vinegar
1 T. butter or margarine
2 cups diced cooked beets

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine cornstarch and salt. Blend in beet juice or water. Mix in honey, vinegar and butter.
2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add beets and heat through.
3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
4. Serve with your choice of salad.
