Lettuce (Bibb, Iceberg, Spinach, Romaine)
1 large can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 large can LeSeur Peas, drained
1 large red onion, thinly sliced
1 pack crumbled Feta Cheese
1 small can Mandarin Oranges, drained
Sliced almonds, croutons or bacon bits (as desired)
2 avacados

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except avacados. Right before serving, add avacados which have been sliced and sprinkled with lemon juice. Serve with Honey Dressing.

Mix together 1 cup honey, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 salad oil and 2 tblsps. sugar for Honey Dressing.
