1 (10-ounce) package package broccoli & cauliflower
1 (10 i/2-ounce) can campbell cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
2 ounces sharp process american cheese grated
1/4 cup mayonnaise not salad dressing
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain thoroughly. Place vegetables in 10 x 6 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish. Stir together soup and cheese: gradually add milk and mayonnaise and egg, stirring to blend. Pour over vegetables‘ combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes or until heated and crumbs are lightly brown
