1 can (14 oz) low-fat sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter
1/4 cup fat free egg substitute
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 cup reduced fat biscuit mix
1/4 cup granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Using an electric mixer, set at low speed, beat condensed milk, peanut butter, egg substitute, and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix and stir until well blended. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.

Preheat oven to 350º

Coat baking sheets with nonstick spray. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough 2" apart on baking sheets. Sprinkle with sugar, and bake until lightly browned, 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks. Store tightly covered.
