2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder

1/3 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg, room temperature
1 c. milk, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. raspberries, fresh or frozen

Glaze:
1 c. icing sugar
2 Tbsp. cream or milk/melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Mix first three dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, cream butter, gradually add sugar and beat til fluffy. Add in egg, beat one minute. Combine vanilla and milk. Add dry and milk mixtures alternately to batter, mixing well in between. Spread batter into a greased 9 x 13" pan. Spread berries evenly over the top. Bake at 350ºF for 30-35 min. until baked through. Cool five minutes. Drizzle glaze over the top evenly. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
