3 T tapioca
1/2 C sugar
1 C water
15 oz can sliced peaches, drained
15 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
15 oz can pears, drained and cut into smaller pieces, if desired
10 oz container frozen strawberries, undrained
6 oz container frozen orange juices, undiluted, thawed 1/2 C water (may use juices)
2 bananas sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tapioca, sugar and water in saucepan over medium heat until mixture is thick and clear in color, approx 6-8 min Remove from heat, cool slightly.
Combine fruit, orange juice and water. Add tapioca mixture, mix gently. Add banana slices
Refrigerate.
