1 (10oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (11oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 medium apple, cored and chopped
1 cup grapes, halved
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sweetened, shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine the fruit in a large bowl, tossing so the apple will get coated in juice to prevent browning.
2. Stir in the sour cream and coconut, gently tossing to coat.
3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to meld. Serve cold.
