1 3/4 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 cup Buttermilk *refer to comment
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup raisins (or currents or chopped dried apricots or frozen blueberries)

Directions:
Directions:
º Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.

º Combine Buttermilk, melted butter and raisins.

º Add the two together just until evenly moistened.

º Oil baking sheet, Make 8 mounds and bake at 400º about 18 - 20 minutes.

* Buttermilk only comes in pints. You can freeze remaining in ice cube trays and then baggies for future.
