1 c. milk
1 T. oil
1 c. flour
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 ripe banana
optional: chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix wet ingredients: egg, milk and oil.

Add dry ingredients, mixing well.

Mash banana and add to batter.

Preheat griddle, lightly oil and cook pancakes.
