1 can (about 1 lb) apricot halves
1 can (about 1 lb) pear halves
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
4 large ripe bananas
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup toasted sweetned coconut (from a 4-1/2 oz can)

Directions:
Directions:
Cup apricot and pear halves into large pieces. Combine with grapes in a medium-size bowl. Chill 2-3 hours.

Just before serving, split bananas lengthwise. Place two banana halves in chilled fruit mixture onto each banana.

Combine sour cream and sugar in a small bowl; spoon over fruit. Top with toasted coconut.
