1 lb. Flank Steak (or more)
1/4 c. sherry
1/4 c. low-sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. minced peeled ginger (more or less to taste)
1 tsp. dark sesame oil
2 Garlic cloves, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large zip lock bag and marinate overnight in refrigerator or at least 8 hours.

2. Prepare grill or broiler.

3. Reserve marinade in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for at least one minute.

4. Grill steak for about 8 minutes per side basting with reserved marinate until desired degree of doneness. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Serve with reserved marinade.
