1 lb pork plain lean
4 tbs parpared chilli garlic sauce
3 tbs orange juice
2 tsp garlic flavored olive oil (divided)
1 c corrots, peeled and cut diagonally
8 oz sugar snap peas
1 can (11oz) mandarin orange segments in light syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice pork across grain linto 1 in x 1/4 in slices
Mix chili garlic sauce and o.j. in small bowl
transfer 1/4 c sauce into medium bowl and add pork to cover meat with sauce med head
1 tsp oil in pan and heat for 60 sec
add carrots and peas and stir for 3 min
remove from pan
add remaining tsp oil and add pork
wait 30 sec before stirring to let meat brown
then stir only 1 min or til pork is not pink
add veggies and stir 30 sec
