32 oz. frozen Southern style hash brown potato chunks (thawed)
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 tsp salt
1 medium onion diced (can be omitted if you like)
1 medium can diced green chiles

Topping
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (cylinder)
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Spread in large casserole or 13 x 19 dish.
Blend topping and spread on top. (this can also be omitted if you don't have the crackers)
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350.

Easy to double recipe for a large group.
