12lb Turkey
1\2 cup melted butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1\2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup white wine or chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1tbsp corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place Turkey in roasting pan
2. Combine melted butter, Chicken broth and lemon juice
3. Pour over Turkey
4. Rub mayonnaise all over exterior of Turkey and under skin
5. Sprinkle seasonings over Turkey
6. Preheat oven 325
7. Bake Turkey 20 minutes for every pound
8. Once skin gets the color you want cover with aluminum foil
9. Remove from oven and let sit for 30 minutes before slicing
10. For gravy pour pan drippings into sauce pan and bring to a simmer over medium high heat
11. Add 1 tbsp of corn starch to 1 cup of drippings
12. Mix well to dissolve stir until thickened
13. Add salt and pepper to taste
