2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. Butter, or Margarine
2 (13.75 oz.) Cans of Chicken or Beef Broth
8 oz. Frozen or Fresh Cheese Tortellini
1 (15 oz.) Can chopped Spinach, undrained
1 (14.5 oz.) Canned chopped tomatoes, undrained
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook garlic in butter for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Add broth and tortellini and heat to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add spinach and tomatoes, simmer an additional 5 minutes. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
