2 c. shredded pork meat (or chicken)
1 (6 - 8 oz.) can Las Palmas tomato with chile
1/2 med. onion, cut into long strips
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. food savoring

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a 10 inch pan. Saute onion in oil. Add Las Palmas tomato, sauteed. Add pork meat, mix, cover and simmer to desired consistency.

Prepare on a tostada with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, queso fresco or your favorite toppings.
