1-2 lbs steak, chicken or veal, cut no more than 1/2" thick.
2 eggs.
3 Tablespoons of milk.
3 cups of breaded crumbs.
Salt and pepper (to taste).
Garlic and parsley (to taste).
Parmesan cheese (to taste).
Tomato, lemon, and whichever cheese you want (as a garnish).

Gather the ingredients.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and milk into egg wash.
In a different bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, and salt and pepper.
Dip steak in the egg wash and cover with bread crumbs.
In a large skillet, heat the oil ½ way for 2-4 minutes.
Rest on paper towel to make more. Other than that, enjoy.
