2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 oz melted unsweetened chocolate (cooled)
2 teas vanilla
4 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teas baking powder
1/2 teas salt
1 cup confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix granulated sugar with oil, cooled melted chocolate and vanilla. Mix in eggs, 1 at a time. Stir flour, baking powder and salt together. Stir flour mixture into wet ingredients, first add 1/3 of dry ingredients , incorporate, then add another 1/3 of flour mixture, incorporate, then remainder of flour mixture and incorporate. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Heat oven to 350º. Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake until almost no indentation remains when touched, 10-12 minutes.
