4 lbs. green string beans
1 3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
3 1/2 tsp. dried dill seeds
7 cloves garlic
5 c. vinegar
5 c. water
1/2 c. less 1 tbsp. pickling salt

Directions:
Directions:
Makes 7 pints
Boil vinegar, water and salt in sauce pan.
Put equal amounts of beans, dried dill seed, crushed red pepper and garlic in jars.
Once vinegar mixture boiled add to each jar and process.
To process put all jars with lids on in a large pot and boil for 10 minutes.
