3 lbs shredded cabbage
1 lrg chopped green bell pepper
1 lrg chopped red bell pepper
3 shredded carrots
1 small chopped sweet onion
1 T salt
1 T pepper
1 T celery seed
1 C sugar
1 C apple cider vinegar
1/2 C vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cabbage, bell peppers, carrots, onion, salt, pepper, and celery seed. Stir in the sugar. Bring vinegar and oil to a boil. Pour over cabbage mixture. Stir well. Cover and place in refrigertor overnight before serving. This keeps in the refrigerator for at least a week.
