1 envelope Lipton onion recipe soup
2 lbs potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake. Empty potatoes into shallow baking pan. Bake, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or til potatoes are tender and golden brown.
