10-inch tube angel food cake
1 pkg (3-oz) each lime, orange or strawberry Jello
1 pkg 10-oz frozen strawberries, partially thawed
1/2 gal vanilla ice cream, softened
1-1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 can 10-oz mandarin oranges, drained

Cut or tear cake into small pieces. Divide into thirds and place in medium-sized bowls. Sprinkle lime Jello over one, strawberry over another and orange over the third one. Toss each lightly with a fork until cake is well coated with gelatin.

In 10-inch tube pan, put strawberry cake pieces in bottom, spoon strawberries over cake. Spread 1/3 ice cream over strawberries. Repeat layers with lime cake pieces, blueberries, ice cream; orange pieces, mandarin oranges and ice cream. Freeze until firm.

Unmold on chilled dessert plate.
