1 fryer chicken, cut into pieces or shredded
1 1/2 cups unsifted flour
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, cook chicken, add salt and pepper. Cook until chicken begins to pull away from bone, once cool enough, remove from bone.
Beat the ingredients together until stiff. On a floured board, roll the dough very thin and cut into 1x3 inch strips. Drop into boiling broth with chicken and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
