Candied Yams Recipe

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs
1 small can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Grease casserole dish. Mix all ingredients and put in dish.

Make topping:
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup light brown sugar
3/4 stuck margarine
Mix all together and put on top of potato mixture.

Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
