Mom's Cold Bread Pudding Recipe

These amounts depend on the size dish you're preparing
1 can biscuits (cooked)
2 cups milk (possibly more)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter ( add the butter in small slices on top)
3 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp vanilla
cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs, add the milk, sugar and vanilla, fold in the biscuits (pinched up into small pieces)
Add to baking dish that has been sprayed with pam. Then add the little chunks of butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour

I always loved Moms bread pudding because she didn't put raisins in hers...and because it was just plain good!
