4 large eggs
2 2/3 cups of milk
1 cup of finely chopped onion
4 tsp worcestershire sauce
4 dashes of pepper
2 pounds of ground beef
2 pounds of ground pork
3 cups of cooked white rice (minute rice)
2 cans of tomato juice or V-8 juice
2 heads of cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, onion, salt, worcestershire sauce, pepper. Then mix well.
Add ground beef, ground pork and cooked rice. Beat together with a fork.
Submerge whole cabbage in a pot of boiling water to loosen leaves.
Separate at least 24 leaves. Place 1/2 cup of meat mixture on each leaf.
Fold in the sides of the leaf and roll the ends over the meat. Place stuffed rolls in a 12x14 inch baking dish. You will need two baking dishes.
Cook in 350 º oven for 45 minutes, basting frequently with tomato sauce. Lower temperature slightly if leaves cook too fast.
