4 carottes
3 oignons
3 navets
1 petite boîte de champignons
80 cl de bouillon de volaille
50 g de farine
65 g de beurre
100 g de crème fraîche

Directions:
Directions:
Éplucher et laver les légumes. Les couper en bâtonnets de 1 cm de largeur. Les faire cuire à l'eau.
Faire fondre le beurre dans une casserole. Ajouter la farine. Mélanger à feu moyen une ou deux minutes, le temps que la farine cuise.
Verser le bouillon et mélanger vigoureusement.
Porter à ébullition lente, et laisser cuire 5 min.
Ajouter la crème fraîche, et assaisonner avec sel et poivre. Puis, incorporer les légumes précuits.
Laisser mijoter pendant 20 min.
