4 Tbls butter
4 chicken breasts
little flour ( to coat chicken breasts)
1/4 lb of fresh mushrooms
1 lemon
1 fresh tomato
1 cup good white wine
2 Tbls liquid from prepared beef bouillon cube
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put 4 Tbls butter in frying pan. When hot, add 4 chicken breasts lightly floured. Brown.
Put chicken breasts in casserole dish. Add 1/4 fresh mushrooms (cut up) to butter in fry pan. Add juice of one lemon. Add one fresh tomato, cut up and one cup of good white wine, add 2 Tbls beef bouillon.
Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer sauce down a little, then pour over chicken breasts. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes .
