1 16 oz. package sliced pepperoni
1/2 bunch parsley
1 16 oz. package pizza dough
flour for dusting
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup shredder mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400º.
Dice the pepperoni and chop the parsley.
Roll the dough out on a floured work surface and sprinkle with half of the pepperoni, 1 tsp. garlic powder, half the parsley and 1/2 cup mozzarella.
Roll and knead to combine.
Break off into 14 balls of dough and pack into a greased cake or Bundt pan.

Top with remaining pepperoni, garlic powder, parsley, mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until dough becomes golden brown.
Use a knife to gently loosen edges from the sides of the pan.
Place a plate over the pan and flip.
Tap the bottom and remove pan, leaving your pizza rolls on the plate.
Serve immediately.
