2 large tomatoes, chopped
1-2 jalapeno, chopped
1 small-med. onion chopped
1 bunch cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, place chopped tomatoes. Finely chop pepper and add to tomato. If using medium onion, add a small amount then add onion to taste. Chopped 1/2 of leaves from the bunch of cilantro. Add 1/4 and then add to taste. Salt to taste. Cover and chill for a few hours for flavors to mix. Serve on tacos, hamburgers and many other things.

This was made for us every year when a lifelong friend came to visit us for missionary convention. We lived for that time all year waiting for them to come and visit and fix Mexican food for us.
