1/2 lb. sausage
2 tbs. flour
2 C milk
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place sausage in skillet and fry until almost done.
Break into small pieces before frying.
Add flour and stir thoroughly. Add milk, salt, and pepper.
If too thick, add more milk. Serve over toast or biscuits.
