5 ears of corn shucked
1/2 cup small-diced red onion
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
12 cup julienned fresh bail

Directions:
Directions:
1.Cook corn in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and immerse in ice water to stop cooking. When cool cut the kernels off the cob.

2. Toss the kernels in a large bowl with the onion, vinegar, olive oil, sat and pepper. Just before serving toss in the basil.
