1 pkg. sugar cookie dough
1 lg. crushed pineapple (well-drained)
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges (drained)
4 medium bananas (sometimes more)
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 C. powdered sugar
Quantity of strawberries & nuts

Glaze:
1 C water
1 C sugar
1 tbsp. Karo syrup
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Cook together until thick and clear. Stir in 3 tbsp. strawberry jello. Cool before putting on fruit.
Cut sugar cookie dough as though to bake cookies and line up pan within 1/4 to 1/2 inch of each other. Bake 10-13 minutes at 350º (Holes will fill in)
Cream sugar and cream cheese together. Spread the mixture on cookie crust.
Layer bananas (dip in real lemon or lime and they won't turn brown)
Glaze and top with pineapple and oranges. Add strawberries on top if desired. Refrigerate.
