Ingredients:  
2 10-0z frozen spinach
2 cups cottage cheese, drained
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together spinach, cottage cheese, salt, Parmesan cheese and eggs until well blended. Pour in casserole.

Bake 30 minutes at 350º.

Serve with Parmesan cheese.
