Directions:
Follow directions for cake mix and put both mixes in well sprayed roasting pan. Cook till toothpick comes out clean. Set aside and let get completely cool. Make jello using pineapple juice for part of the water. Cool til almost starts to thicken. Take a wooden spoon and use the handle to punch holes in the top of the cake. Pour jello evenly over the top of the cake. Cover top of cake with drained crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges. Cover with coconut. Spread cool whip over top and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Put in refrigerator overnight. Lots of variations to this one, use your imagination.
